  • You tell us the position you need filled. We then search our extensive database of pre-screened candidates or recruit new ones if necessary.
    We schedule an interview where you meet multiple candidates in one session, each individually admitted to discuss their qualifications. Once done you choose your preferred candidate(s) within 48 hours.
    We handle all employment contracts, compliance, and onboarding, then send you the new hire’s profile to schedule their first meeting with your team.

  • The workers are legally employed as contractors under 9DollarHire.com. We handle their payroll, compliance with legal regulations, and onboarding.

  • You can hire employees for virtually any position, including:

    Customer Service Representatives
    Data Entry Specialists
    Bookkeepers

    Administrative Assistants
    Virtual Assistants

    Social Media Managers

  • It costs $9 per hour per employee. There are no hidden fees or additional costs. For example, if an employee works 160 hours in a month, your total cost will be $1,440.

  • No, there are no long-term commitments. If you are unhappy with an employee or no longer need their services, we handle the termination within 24 hours.

  • Employees use a clock-in and out system to track their hours, and their timesheets are sent to you weekly. If you notice discrepancies or hours that should not have been worked, you can report them, and we will investigate and adjust billing accordingly.

  • If you encounter performance issues, let us know. We will address the problem, and if necessary, find a replacement quickly and at no additional cost.

  • Yes, we provide weekly timesheets detailing the hours worked by your employee. If you notice any discrepancies, you can report them, and we will investigate and make adjustments as needed.

  • Employees use a clock-in and out system managed by The Hello Team. Their timesheets are sent to you weekly for review.

  • All employees sign an 18-page contract that outlines their responsibility for securely handling client data and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR. They also take responsibility for ensuring their equipment meets required security standards.

  • We can connect you with third-party vendors who specialize in providing secure work environments, including anti-virus software, secure VOIP systems, and other tools tailored for remote work.

  • We handle all payroll processes and pay employees bi-weekly. You receive a monthly invoice based on the hours worked by your employees.

  • Employees are entitled to: Paid holidays on December 25, January 1, and Thanksgiving.
    3 paid vacation days for every 6 months worked.

  • If an employee works overtime without prior approval, we adjust future hours to account for the extra time worked. This ensures that overtime hours are effectively worked for free to balance out the discrepancy, subject to your discretion.

  • Once you select a candidate: We finalize their contract and send you their profile. You  can then schedule an introductory meeting via your preferred platform (Zoom, Teams, etc.). During this meeting, you can provide access to necessary tools like email accounts, communication platforms, and software.

  • Yes, we can connect you with trusted third-party vendors who provide secure work environments, including VOIP systems and other tools tailored for remote work.

  • Yes, once the employee starts working, you can communicate with them directly through email, phone, or other platforms.

  • Simply notify us, and we will handle the termination within 24 hours. Employees are contractually prohibited from contacting you after termination.

  • Yes, we can quickly replace an employee if you are not satisfied, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

  • Yes, employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week. If you do not have enough tasks for them, you are still required to pay for the full 40 hours.

  • Yes, you can request employee timesheets at any time for review.
